Community living in Oxford

My girlfriend and I would like to start a commune-like or cohousing project in Oxford, England. We are thinking of a small group of people living privately in separate rooms or small private homes sharing activities such as cooking, wine drinking, gardening, film/documentary watching and facilities e.g., kitchen, dining room, entertaining room for films, reading, music, parties, discussions. We are looking for open minded, genuine, tolerant, independent, financially self-sufficient people (> 20 years) interested in community living but also respectful of private spaces. We are postdocs, in our thirties.
